By accessing or using a gallery provided by 31:13 Photography, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Gallery Access & Use
Online galleries are provided for viewing, sharing, downloading when enabled, favoriting, and purchasing photographic products as permitted within the gallery. Access to a gallery does not grant ownership of or unrestricted rights to the photographs displayed within it.

Copyright
All photographs displayed within this gallery are copyrighted works of 31:13 Photography and are protected by applicable copyright law. Copyright and ownership remain with 31:13 Photography unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Images may not be copied, reproduced, altered, edited, sold, licensed, used commercially, submitted for publication, or otherwise used beyond the rights granted to the applicable client without prior written authorization from 31:13 Photography.

Downloading & Sharing
Where downloading is enabled, images may be downloaded and used only in accordance with the license and usage rights granted to the applicable client. Gallery access or receipt of a gallery link does not independently grant additional image-use rights.

When sharing photographs online, images may not be materially altered in a manner that changes the Photographer's finished work, including the application of filters, presets, or additional editing. Reasonable cropping required by a social media platform is permitted.

Gallery Access & Availability
Gallery availability and expiration are subject to the terms of the applicable photography agreement or other written communication from 31:13 Photography. Visitors are encouraged to download and securely back up any images they are authorized to receive before gallery expiration.

Purchases
Purchases made through an online gallery are additionally subject to the Terms of Sale and any applicable product or digital-image license presented at checkout.

Client Agreements
These gallery Terms of Service do not replace or modify any photography agreement entered into between 31:13 Photography and a client. If these Terms of Service conflict with a signed photography agreement regarding the client's specific services or image-use rights, the signed photography agreement will control.
